Let DancEncounter host your child's next birthday party!
We offer a variety of birthday party themes e.g.:
Ballerina Princess
Pop Jam Birthday Bash
Fancy Fairy Party
Parties are typically 90 mins consisting of dress up costumes/tutus and dancing/games for approx 35-40 mins followed by approx. 30-40 mins for cake & present opening. Content times are subject to flexibility based on participation and allows some meet and greet time, as well as 'pick up time'. Preparation and Room clean up not neccessarily included in duration time- however, extra clean up fees could be incurred by rule disobeyance. Birthday parties are available for all ages 3 years plus and for our special needs community! We also work with custom party themes! Subject to Room and Staff availability, which on average is Saturday and Sunday afternoons, also to adherance of health disclosures and waivers.
Pricing Information
Party Package: $195.00 when pre-paid in full for 8 attendees
OR
$25 deposit and $175 day of for 8 attendees
Packages typically included: Dance instruction, use of costumes, birthday cake, party balloons, studio/room decoration, tiara keepsake for birthday girl. However, during Pandemic times, masks must be worn so party time will include dance party and games and time to open presents and cake to take home. Party family and guests should sign a health disclosure and waiver to participate.
Guest Count:
8 guests (7 guests + birthday child) are included in the package price. $10 for each additional guest (Maximum is 10)
